The page history tab is used to track and restore all version of a particular page. When a page is changed, the older version continues to be accessible through the history tab of the page.
Log on to the ACM and edit the page you wish to change.
Go to the Page History tab. If this tab is not currently displayed you will need to speak to your system administrator and ask them to display the history tab via the setting in the Global System Variables manager. See Setting global system variables.
Click on the Version number of the page that you wish to restore. The system displays the current page content. A yellow warning message is displayed at the top of the page indicating it is in read-only mode and cannot be edited.
To restore the version you are viewing, click Restore.
Click OK to confirm the restoration. The page, as well as any of the metadata information, is restored.
Make desired edits to the restored page.
Click Save and submit for publication.
