Document manager - view mode properties
This section controls how users of the published Document Manager page will use the feature.
Enable PDF conversion: If you plan to use PDF conversion functionality in Document Manager, select this option.

To install the DynamicPDF Converter:
Purchase and Download the PDF Conversion tool from DynamicPDF: http://www.cete.com/Products/DynamicPDFConverterforNET/Download.csp
Install DynamicPDF Converter on the ACM web server.
Document Administrators: The ACM system administrator can select a group or a number of individuals to serve as Document Manager page administrators. Click the <<Select Group or Individual>> link to select the page administrators. If you are not a system administrator you will not have access to the group/individual selection page.
Edit Permissions: Click this link to edit the digital asset management permissions for page administrators. These permissions apply only to the administrators and not to general users of the Document Manager page. Their permissions are controlled in the Digital Asset Folders section of the page.
View Mode Columns: This section allows you to define which pieces of information for each document are displayed, the order in which the selected pieces of information are displayed, and the text label used to describe the information. You can also decide whether you want information displayed in Browse mode and/or in Search Results.
Default: The item checked in this column is used for sorting the display of the documents. The default is to sort documents by File Name. You can change it to sort on any one of the items displayed in this section.
File Extensions: You can select certain files to either include or exclude. All you need to do is enter a list of file extensions with commas between them (e.g. .doc, .xls, .txt). Click the option for what you want the system to do with files of this extension type (e.g. whether they should be allowed or rejected).
