Workflows are created and groups are assigned to them in order to perform content creation and maintenance tasks. |
A workflow is a fixed set of approval steps that content must pass through before being published. In this step you must decide on how many approval levels there will be and which groups of users will be doing the creating and which users will doing the approving. This is accomplished by creating workflows and assigning user groups to them. |

Workflows are assigned to pages, or sections or whole sites |

Content providers create or edit content |
Users edit existing pages and add more pages by adding child pages to a page. Links, graphics, text, lists and all other types of content are added in places the user has been granted access to. |
