Syndicated calendar - list calendar event listing view properties
Settings you make in this section control how the events are displayed for a given date on the list calendar.
Group by Date: Select this option to group events by date and time.
Display Event Description: Check this option to display a portion of the event description. The Show first XXXX words field controls how many of words should be displayed. This is the description that you entered when you created the event.
Display Next XXXX Events on Calendar: The default setting is to display the next 10 events on the calendar.
Hide Events: Use this setting to remove events from the calendar on a particular date/time. This prevents the event from being displayed on the calendar after the date/time has occurred.
On Event Day: The event is removed from the calendar at the beginning of the date on which the event occurs (12:01 am).
On Event Day and Time: The event is removed from the calendar on the day of the event but only at the time that the event commences. So if the event starts at 3:00 pm, it will remain on the calendar until 3:00 pm on the start day of the event.
Day(s) Before Event: You can set the system to remove the event from the calendar a given number of days before the event begins. The default setting is 1 day before the event begins.
Display Event Thumbnail Image: If you included an image when you created the event, you can use this setting to display a thumbnail version of the image.
Display Event Location: Select this option to display the event location in list view mode.
