Syndicated calendar - event RSVP
Use these settings to turn on the RSVP feature whereby calendar users can answer predefined questions with information to be used by calendar planners and event coordinators.
Allow Event RSVP: Check this box to enable the RSVP feature on your calendar and event pages. Once checked, administrators can configure the Syndicated Calendar Event page type to have a variety of pre-defined RSVP forms that will ask calendar users to respond to questions and provide contact information. For example, you may wish to attach an RSVP form to events that asks users where they heard about the event, or why they are interested in the event, or what their contact information is so that event organizers can follow-up with the visitor to encourage attendance. The RSVP's enabled with this field are only for events created by ACM calendar administrators. Publicly-submitted events are not enabled by this field.
Allow RSVP for publicly submitted events: If you want to allow RSVP questions to be asked on publicly-submitted events, check this option. You must also create a predefined RSVP form that public users can attach to their events when submitting them to the calendar.
