Syndicated calendar - end user properties

When users attempt to add, edit or remove events, they will be required to log into the ACM. They must be registered at least as Public Users to perform these functions. If the users have permissions for the syndicated event page, their changes will not require pre-approval of the calendar administrator. They will take place immediately. :
