Predefined RSVP forms

Add: Click the Add button to create and new question or add an information field to your RSVP form. A new window is displayed with fields that need to be completed in order to create the question. Separate help is available on that page.
Order: This is the order in which the RSVP forms are displayed in the drop-down list when users are creating events and selecting RSVP forms. You can change the order of the list by clicking on the up and down arrows or by clicking on the order number and typing in a new number.
Form Name: The text you see here comes from the Edit RSVP Form page that is displayed when you click the Add button. These names should be descriptive of the types of questions asked on the form. Good form names will make it easier for content providers to select the appropriate RSVP form when creating events. For example, you might have a Contact Information RSVP form that collects name, phone and email. Or you may have a Requested Topics form that asks users what types of sessions they would like to see offered. Or you may have a Previous Conferences RSVP that asks users about previous sessions and conferences that they have attended.
