RTP Settings

• RTP API URL: Available from your account manager.

• Tenant ID: Available from your account manager.

• Client ID: Available from your account manager.

• Client Secret: Available from your account manager.

• Default Cache Minutes: ACM caches the entities (responses) from RTP API to reduce the number of API calls. As you can see on this tab, ACM has caches for Token, Inventory, Back-end Config, and Product. The Default Cache holds everything else. 

  • Default value: 1440

• RTP API Timeout (ms): The time in milliseconds that ACM waits for a response to the requests that it sends to RTP. After the timeout period, ACM stops waiting for a response and returns an error to the user.

  • Default: 10000

• Token Cache Minutes: Number of minutes for entities in the Token Cache to expire.

  • Default value: 1440

• Clear Cache: Click the button to clear the corresponding cache immediately.

• Inventory Cache Minutes: Number of minutes for entities in the Inventory Cache to expire.

  • Default value: 30

• Back-end Config Cache Minutes: Number of minutes for entities in the Back-end Config Cache to expire.

  • Default: 1440

• Product Cache Minutes: Number of minutes for entities in the Product Cache to expire.

  • Default: 15

• Log All Cart/Complete Transactions: Select the checkbox to have all successfully completed transactions from the cart logged. Recommended. 

Failed transactions are always logged. To view the logs, go to Settings tab> Transaction Events.
