The Permissions tab allows you to control what site group administrators can do within their own site group. Using these settings you can control the quantity and type of impact a site group can have within your ACM installation.
Sites Allowed: Enter the maximum number of sites a site group administrator can add to their site group. The default is 1.
Pages Allowed: Enter the maximum number of pages permissible across all of the sites within the site group. This maximum is for the entire group, not per site within the group.
Exclude the following page types from the count: The pages you enter in these drop-downs will not be included when the system counts pages to check for maximum allowable pages. For example, if you have a Blog page, you would not want the system to count each blog entry. Likewise if you have a calendar page, you don't want the system to count each event page. The Login page is another type you would not likely want the system to count. The pages you can select from include only those that are registered on your system (the ones you have licenses for).
Custom Templates Allowed Per Site: Enter the maximum number of design templates you wish to allow per site group. This will affect the performance of the ACM server. The default is 5.
Non-Public Users Allowed: Enter the maximum number of non-public users that are permissible across the site group. The default is 1.
Custom Groups Allowed: Enter the maximum number of customized groups that can be added within a site group. If the number is exceeded, the site group administrator will receive a message stating the number of allowed custom groups has been exceeded. The default number is 1.
Workflows Allowed: Enter the maximum number of workflows users can create with the site group. The default number is 5.
Maximum Asset Size: Enter the maximum size in megabytes (MB) that a digital asset (image, document, PDF, etc.) can be. The default is 5MB.
Total Asset Capacity: Enter the total MB allowed for the entire digital asset library for the site group. This is the sum total of all digital assets across all sites within the site group. The default is 100MB.
Prohibited Asset Extensions: Use this field to block certain types of files from being uploaded to sites in this group. For example, if you wanted to block bitmap and wave files, you would enter text as follows:
