Use this procedure to assign a page owner to one or more pages within a site. Page owners are individuals who are responsible for a page's content. Their names are displayed in the Page Summary section of a page in edit mode and can also be displayed on the published page and include a link to their email.
Edit the page to which you wish to assign an owner.
In the Page Summary section, you will see a Page Owner drop-down field. Select the page owner from the drop-down list.
In order for the Page Owner field to be displayed, the option must be checked on the Global System Variables - System Variables tab. Your system administrator must do this. Also, in order for a name to be displayed in the drop-down list, the person must be a member of a Group that has the Page Owner attributed selected (in Group Manager - Edit Group - Group Type section). If you want to assign the same owner to the child pages of this page, click the Save and apply to children link to the right of the Page Owner field.
Make any other edits then click Save and submit page for publication.
