Site administrators can add a link to your site's pages that allows visitors to your site to access a printer friendly version of the page. In order for this feature to work, the <ironpoint>PrintPage</ironpoint> tag must be added to the page template files in the Design Package.
There is an additional template file that controls the formatting of the printer-friendly version of the page. To use this PrintDesignTemplate.htm file, you must create an HTML file name ‘printdesigntemplate.htm’ for your design package. You must then include the template tag <ironpoint>printpage</ironpoint>) in your other design template files. When the template package is uploaded and applied to a site, the PrintPage tags are displayed as links that open pages in a new window using the print template.
