In an ongoing effort to enhance their services, PCM is proud to offer to homeowners the ability to receive their monthly states electronically. This additional service will not only provide homeowners with a more efficient way of receiving their monthly statements, but will also provide our Association with a monthly cost savings. For owners selecting to receive their monthly statements electronically, the monthly savings to the Association will be $.15 per statement, plus postage, for a total savings of $.60 per electronic statement. To encourage the use of e-statements, PCM has modified the front page of their current website, www.pcminterent.com, to include an option to sign up for e-statements. Sign up today to do your part for the environment and save the Association money! You can also pay your monthly Association assessment through PCM's Auto Debit Program. If you are interested in signing up for this convenient program, please contact PCM's billing department directly at 949-465-2214. the appropriate form will be sent to you to be completed. Once the form has been returned to PCM, your monthly assessment will automatically be deducted from your checking account. Please consider taking advantage of this cost-saving opportunity.

I have scheduled the second Coffee with the GM. Some homeowners were not aware that I was bringing this function back. I am bringing this back on a once-a-month basis at first, and will add additional meeting dates as needed. It is a great way to stay informed on current events in the community and meet new residents. The next Coffee with the GM meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 12th, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Aspen Clubhouse. I hope to see you there.
